Purchased 100gl of propane to have delivered. Date was 19 Dec. Here it is 9 Jan and no propane. They do not answer the phone in Bethel Springs or Corinth. Lousy customer service. Need a respectable propane company to replace them.
The company called on 9 Jan saying my order slipped through the cracks. Why I know things like that happen, being unable to reach someone in the local office is still unacceptable. If it hadn't been for the corporate office, I still may be without propane. I will bump it up 2 stars for the phone call.

Requested a new tank or inspection of existing tank for a leak, no one ever came… Tried calling back and never could get an answer from anyone at the Mississippi office, had to call the Tennessee office. Finally got tired of playing phone tag and their team never showing on agreed dates. This happened over 3 months.

I have been with Pittman for 24 years , Pam as been my point of contact . She is awesome , will do what it takes to get things right . She is a asset to the team and is one of the reasons I have stayed with Pittman for the 24 years

Been a customer for 20 years. Recently got notification that they were going to charge for the tank unless I used a minimum amount. I understand they were bought out. New company is not customer oriented. I signed a contract for this tank, and it did not stipulate that I had to purchase a certain amount. This one star rating is intended for the coporation, not the local Bethel Springs office. Their customer service is fantastic.

My elderly parents had lower propane levels than expected, called Pittman this morning and had their tanks filled this afternoon. The relief from worry was everything to them and me. Thank you!

I have waited for a month to get my tank and gas. I finally got my tank yesterday and when call trying to get someone to pay for the gas they won't call back. The lady just told me she was to busy to call anyone back. Well my coworkers have told me that they called last week and got gas this week. The office people claim they are so busy and backed up. You do not put customers on hold that's been waiting for weeks whether they are new or old ones for others. II am highly disappointed and my family has always used them.

I cannot believe this place is still in business. They do not listen to the customer AT ALL. I purchased a home in iuka in August. Previous owner told me I could have the remaining gas and to let them know tocall him if they had any problems. I told them this at least 5 times over the previous it's been 8 months now. They absolutely suck as they came and got the tank on a Friday when I had it rented and left the ppl there with no gas. Obviously they have "special" employees.

Nothing but great things to say about Pittman Propane. Ive always spoken with Chad and he always gets me what I need as fast possible. Ive called him during ice/snow, right after a huge storm, and last minute before Christmas Eve but he always takes care of us.
