Poorest customer service ever. Bought two phones for my girls. Did not have the password for my Apple ID with me at the time of purchase the lady that we got them from said to come back and she would help Us to set them up, but we were not able to make it back make it back the next day so it was the next day before I went in the manager was there he said it would cost $45 each to get them set up He asked me if we bought him there. I told him yes, but we did have one phone in there. We had bought from Wal-Mart. He looked at the paperwork and says maybe Wal-Mart will help you. So he would not set the phones up He was very rude. I asked him if he could not waive the $45 fee since we had never even got The phone set up to where the girls could use them. I’m not wanting to usually write a bad review, but this place deserves a bad review I would not recommend them for anything

Melina is the BEST if you prefer to pay the least for the most . Extremely helpful and knows what she's talking about and if she doesn't she will find out. Definitely worth going for the customer service.

I came to leave a review and saw that I left a 5 star rating here two years ago. So disappointed that I have to change that to one star today. I have had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life over these past 3 days. Went in to buy my son an Apple Watch and add a line for Christmas. I was sold a USED Apple Watch for full price that was being passed off as a new one. I saw the scuffed screen when I opened the package but just assumed I may have scratched it taking it out of the package. Then, when I went to set it up after I left it was locked because it was linked to someone else’s apple account. I spent a total of 5 hours inside that store split over the course of 3 days and my issue didn’t get resolved until I sat in the store and called Verizon support myself. I planned to switch to AT&T today but the customer service rep that I spoke with on the phone talked me out of it. I absolutely love Verizon and the services they provide but I cannot recommend anyone to use this store in Corinth. In the future I will definitely either order my new devices off the Verizon app or go to Tupelo to avoid repeating this nightmare and literally wasting hundreds of dollars on “fees” that I have nothing to show for.

If you need a phone with good stable service verizon is the way to go, haven't had any real issues, and for this store there fast and reliable and will get what you need, Caleb is one of the best workers there.

Bought a phone here and had to take it back phone didn't work stay here 2 hours just trying to get the phone and after all that took it back and still trying to get my money refunded to my card.
