Was a simple fix but I could not have continued on my way without their help. So nice - so helpful. Highly recommend this shop!”

“I was omw to Jackson and I stopped into Crystal Springs. Everyone knows how bad MS roads can be. Somewhere in Crystal Springs I heard an unsettling grinding in my driver's side front wheel. Couldn't see anything in there visually and it was after 5pm. I saw that Arnolds garage bay was open and swung in. Two gentlemen were nearby when I pulled into the parking lot. They were busy working on another vehicle. Right there on the spot they lifted my car, pulled off the front wheels, and checked my rotors/brakes. There was a small rock that had gotten lodged up behind the driver's side front rotor causing the grinding. No damage, all good. Pulled out the rock and slapped my tires back on. They said I owed them nothing. I went to the bank right down the road and got them both some cash. They didn't have to do that. Not sure what the other 1star review was about, but I was pleasantly shocked at my experience frankly. I am very thankful that those two fellas were there when I really needed them and they expected nothing in return for saving my day. I really wanted to hug them but I can't have any rumors going around that I'ma nice guy. I did shake both their hands and couldn't thank them enough though. Good deed indeed.”
