“The absolute worst ISP I have ever had the misfortune of using. 7 years of terrible service with nothing but apologies and blaming AT&T when something is wrong. Been promised FIOS for years but still nothing. The only thing they can truly be counted on is to take your money.*Update as of 9/15/21- Have had Fiber service with them now for two years or so. Drastic difference in service. The few times we have contacted them for service they have been responsive and generally helpful. Vast improvement from my previous review and I have modified my rating as such.”
