As a tenant with Alfonzo for the last 5 years, I can only say that it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Kristyn and her staff are professional, kind, and very responsive. I could always count on them no matter the issue, whether I locked myself out of the house, or couldn’t get my garbage disposal to work they always answered the call it a great attitude and respect. We purchased a lot from the office in Diamondhead MS. The lot size as advertised in the MSL by the folks at Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty did not match the survey. The lot after purchase and new survey was much smaller than what was advertised . The Owner and Broker from the Diamondhead office called offering any assistance we needed along with the city helping with variances to proceed with building our retirement home. It's refreshing to actually have help with Issues from all involved with the sale. Thanks everyone !
