Im not happy with the low quality manufacturers they are using for some of my scripts

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this CVS Pharmacy, but my most recent visit was the final straw. After surgery, my doctor sent in a prescription early in the morning. I got a text confirming they received it, but the pickup time kept getting delayed until it just said “delayed, check back later.”
I tried calling and got stuck in complex automated menus and had to leave a voicemail. No one called back, so I went in person. They claimed they “just received the order,” even though I showed proof otherwise. I asked them to prioritize it since I was in serious pain, and they couldn’t have cared less—just told me to come back at the end of the day.
It’s no surprise this place has such low reviews. I ended up going to Love’s Pharmacy instead, and the experience was completely different—fast, helpful, and actually caring.
I’ve transferred all my prescriptions and won’t be returning to this CVS. I honestly don’t know why anyone still uses them.

I recently had my prescriptions moved to this location from the Waveland WalMart. I have been pleasantly surprised with the service and timeliness of my prescriptions, along with the kindness and care or the staff. I don’t understand all the negative reviews- not at all my experience!

I have never been happier with the friendliest, sweetest and kindest pharmacy staff! When I moved to Diamondhead I didn’t want to give them a chance due to the ridiculous 2 star rating. Now that I’ve been in Diamondhead for 1.5 years I can understand why most choose the other pharmacy. CVS is non judgmental and is truly a breath of kindness that the world needs…I’m a forever customer!!

This is the worst pharmacy likely in our entire state. Avoid it at all costs. They do not care about your time. They do not care about their customers. They intentionally make you wait longer if you tell them you would like to wait for the script rather than come back later. Why? Because they can. It’s a power trip and it is sickening to do to people who are ill and suffering.

I have recently switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy. As a 1st time customer, I was pleasantly surprised by CVS's fast and friendly service.
UPDATE (6 months later): I have been a customer for several months now and am amazed by the EXCELLENT quality of service that I receive from this pharmacy. Honestly, every time I visit my doctor(s) and am given a new or changed prescription, it is filled and ready for pickup almost immediately (I usually receive a text while still in the doctor's office.)
I am also amazed at the number of negative reviews. That is unfortunate and has definitely not been my experience (fortunately!).

This place is a running joke in my household about the worst place ever. Honestly when forced to go in for some reason or the other, we always have a new story about the depths with which they surprise us with their awfulness. I think this amusement alone is what makes them deserve this single star on their review.

The automated machine keeps blowing my phone up with notifications to pick up medication. I've been to this store 2 times now, each time they have been closes during normal business hours for one reason or another.
How many trips must I make before I catch the store open during normal business hours?
