I am very pleased with the responsiveness and service I have received from Lacey at Dewitt Insurance. Lacey's turnaround time is superior for finding the lowest property insurance quotes in the current market. I moved my property insurance to Dewitt and have never looked back. I was in the insurance industry for over 25 years and I highly recommend the folks at Dewitt Insurance.

My mom introduced me to Mrs Lacey. I started with Mrs Lacey as a teenage driver . She Always was helpful with information and helped me get the best quotes. She has helped me transition from that teenage driver to an adult driver. And add whatever you want. Just word it as you like. Love you. This will help her. She help me understand the incentives on saving money on my insurance policy with different programs that they would offer.

Lacey is a gem!!! I have my car insurance and Homeowners Insurance with Dewitt and they are wonderful. Lacey goes above and beyond to find me the best quote for car and house insurance each renewal time. Any questions I have she is quick to respond back and gets me just what I need. She is very professional yet very personable each time I call or visit the office She Always makes me feel I am her top priority. I appreciate Lacey and feel a friendship with her. I made my yearly payment to Safeco in January. It cleared my bank by the 15. On the 24th and again a few days later, Safeco attempted to do two bank drafts for the same amount already paid. This has caused me two overdraft fees of $25. Safeco agreed to return those insufficient funds charges, if I proved that I did, in fact occur those charges. I sent proof by the second and third week in February. I received one check after repeated calls and hounding my agent. I still haven't received the second check. I've documented over 15 calls. Still no check after 5 months. Why is Safeco sooooo difficult?

Much better than the quote I got from the Insurance Barn in Gulfport. USAA sent me to the Insurance Barn (because they don't cover wind here), but their rates were far worse.Also, everyone I spoke with there was more than helpful. Well run company with great folks.
