If zero stars were available that is what they would get. Booked appointment for 6 and confirmed the day before. When we get there they only have 1 nail tech available and after 1.5 hours we walked out with only 1 person done and the nails are horrible. Would not recommend. Left and went to a different salon to have the rest of the party taken care of.

Great service, but appointment was made online bc I have limited time during lunch, and they were not ready for me at that time. About 20 min wait. Either don't allow appointment times or notify client if running behind.

Wonderful. Kim spoke as if we knew each other and she took an hour and half doing my nails perfect. Very friendly staff and customers. Facilities very clean will be back in a few weeks.

Used to be my all-time go to. I know some of the techs changed and now I'm done! I left this evening with an incomplete mani. This is the second time I've had the male tech and he does not know what he is doing, nor does he make the experience enjoyable. I leave more tense than when I arrive. Steps out of order, a female explained he'd do the mani after the dip-powder??? He starts filing and had not even cut my nails down. Then it was my fault because I didn't tell him!!! (The female stated he'd do it after the polish. Again...???) He then starts filing my nails to my fingertip which is fine for length, but he did it so aggressively that my fingers were burning. I AM DONE!

I can not recommend this place enough myself my two daughters and my niece all got nails and my older daughter and I also got pedicures. The pricing is around the best I've seen and my nails were my favorite I've ever had done. I live almost an hour away we only went while we were on a miniature weekend away to the coast. I am strongly considering making the drive again I was so happy with the service and our nails. My niece is only 10 and has tiny hands and they took the time and care to trim everything to fit her. I was Highly impressed. These ladies deserve every customer they get.
