Reviews aren't my thing but I really want to make sure the employee that assisted me the other day knows how much I appreciated her help. Cara thank you! My mom's pups thank you as well!! You went above and beyond to assist me. You rock!

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad to see how high the ratings are. I did see that the groomers are underpaid (listed wage when inquired at Google), so to keep them motivated I will present them with a tip every time. They are friendly and careful, certainly deserving.
