The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad to see how high the ratings are. I did see that the groomers are underpaid (listed wage when inquired at Google), so to keep them motivated I will present them with a tip every time. They are friendly and careful, certainly deserving.

Don’t bring a big dog , gave it three tries . On the third I asked if they were equipped to handle him , they assured me . 80 dollars late a wet stinky mastiff that will shed for eight days on my hands . I will not be back .

Excellent store and grooming salon . Staff are friendly and helpful . Groomer handled my ornery female Great Pyrenese with ease and made her pretty and happy .
I was especially grateful for the nail trim which other groomers at other shops had problems with .

Awesome pet store! The staff were incredibly friendly and found some great gifts for our pets. We were waiting for food next door, so we spent time checking out the animals. Vlad, the Russian tortoise, was enjoying some delicious food. Watch his video clip to the end because he goes ham on some lettuce.

Amazing! 10/10. I had my two dogs groomed by petsense, who did an amazing on the full groom service. They smelled so good afterwards too. Also they handled my difficult pup who hates to get her nails trimmed, so well. Highly recommend them for grooming and nail trims.

Very nice store with super helpful employees! We take our Boston there to have her nails clipped and have selected toys and treats for her in addition to the dog food recommendations from our vet.

The young lady that helped me was amazing! Polite friendly and efficient! I think her name was Shelby...My crickets was healthy and a decent size. I had one happy Dragon thank you much.I do wish you had a rewards program similar to petco. But this store was very clean and well taken care of.
