A huge shout out to Peter ! I gave you attitude when I came in ; i I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent nail service I received today at Jasmine Nails. I came in with my two sisters for a pink and white ombré refill, and I truly appreciate your patience and skill.
I admit I can be quite particular about my nails, as I believe they reflect professionalism in my daily job. After having gel X on for several months, I was ready for a fresh start with my preferred pink and white ombré solar nails. You perfectly captured the natural, short, and active length I wanted.
Thank you so much for your exceptional work. My nails are absolutely perfect!

Peter was a great tech. He was very detailed. My service was dip and tip, stiletto but I specifically asked for them not to be too sharp and he delivered. I will be back!

I've been thinking over whether to post this or not and have decided to after seeing my bleeding feet this afternoon.
I went in this morning at 9 right when it opened. There was one woman in there before me and then a women came in after me. The woman who came in after me had an appointment. She was not serviced first and decided to leave understandably upset because she had an appointment and others were serviced before her with no appointments.
The service itself was rough. The girl had great spirit she was really trying but my feet hurt and are bleeding. My toenails are all different lengths. The shapes are different and one is kind of jagged. My pinky toe was nearly ripped off because she was trying to go too fast with the pumace stone. My cuticles were not cut right my skin around the cuticles were cut. My toes were scrubbed raw prior to gel going on so the UV was burning me. I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't say anything at the time, but this is just so bad. My feet are physically hurting.

Overall great experience! Only complaint is the nail design artist that did my nails did an awful job. But the other 2 people that took car of my nails was amazing!
