Out of all the places we've lived Diamondhead has the best post office experience and service because of Ryan. He is professional and personable. He is efficient but still has time to treat the customers like individuals. I don't dread going to the post office here like I did at other places where we have lived.

Why is that all post Office are open at 8:30am but Diamondhead opens at 9am and closed at 4pm? Is being run by our taxes is not doing good job. Someone has to do something if your package goes the wrong address who is responsable for it? No one is being accountable when your package is sitting at this address or goes missing.

Great post offfice! Excellent service.My only complaint is since Diamondhead's Population has increased, this post office needs 2 people at the counter.

Ryan is nothing but helpful and just a great guy. My post-woman is the best and always is diligent to get the packages and mail to the correct people. Can't say enough good things about USPS.

Nothing but the best service ever! Ryan is kind and courteous in a very clean, organized little office. And the carriers always read my pick-up memos, and get it right. They deserve a big raise for the extra work they do during this trying time!

Ryan is great. However the mail carriers lack something. Knock on door, hit door bell and gone before you can get to the door. Then there is a notice to come to office in mail box. Aggravating....

Ha, I didn't know you could rate and review a post office! I've gotten excellent service that's cheerfully given every single time I've been in the Diamondhead PO. I'm so glad we have it here and grateful to those who run it as well as to the carriers who deliver to my home. Many thanks to all of them.
