All online rental and payment. Had to call for gate code a few times but they finally got it straight. Excellent customer service.

So I have only had this storage unit for about 4 months or close to it and since then I have experienced my unit being broken intoAlthough the employees were helpful with pointing me in the right direction of filing a claim for my lost tools that were in my unit along with more persons belongs (Bader Insurance that contracts with KO storage) has basically informed me that I cant file my claim because they burglars took the lock that they broke to get in my unit with them so there is no evidence of a break in but obviously if my unit was thrown around and what not and I notice things missing supposedly it doesn’t mean anything and also their security cameras that they do have have a blind spot in the middle so it’s even more obvious that I won’t get any justice for my unit being broken into Nevertheless I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY ( You get what you paid for if you want cheap have at it if you want your stuff protected) Pay for a bigger and newer storage unit that has everything to protect your valuables.

So far things have been pretty good. I spoke with Yanisha she was very helpful and courteous. I tried to do the app review for her to give her a five-star but unfortunately my phone would not let me download the app. But if y'all read this review please give her a five-star rating.
