Came here after leaving the AutoZone a block or so away because they didn't have the part and guy helping I found to be rude and short. Guy at Advanced had the part I needed, chatted a bit and offered a little bit of advice which I appreciate.

I had an issue with my speakers not operating. I watched a few YouTube videos and saw that it may be a fuse issue. I went to the D’Iberville store and ventured to the fuse section. Not sure which fuse I needed, so I googled a few and found some likely fuses. As I went to the counter Matt asked a few questions to what type vehicle I was driving and what the fit might be. He then asked to come to my vehicle to compare, to assure I receive the correct item via purchase. After Matt googled different vids, of potential causes, he tested various fuses. I started my car and the speakers were back on. Thankfully it was an easy fix. I purchased extra fuses and thanked him for his assistance. Matt’s customer service skills were above par. I wish my business was closer to Biloxi, because I would stolen Matt to work for my corporation. Give this man a raise.

There is an employee there named Dakota, and he is awesome. I couldn't ask for better customer service! He really went out of his way to help us out. That man definitely deserves a raise and promotion for sure !!!

Assistant manager, Tyler I ordered a part in store pay with cash, and it was the wrong part. I ordered a part on a specific day took three days. The item was in the store for at least two days. No one called upon picking up my item did not have receipt, but the same employee Mr. Tyler brought the stuff out to me and handed it to me without the receipt And today I have complained about the service and as I come in to get my money back for my part to go buy my other part from another place he doesn’t want to do business with me. He does not want to give me my money back for something he gave me without the receipt . Issue number two I bought an impact drill in a deep socket today and before I left, I asked .Issue number two I bought a impact drill in a deep socket today and before I left, I asked them could I bring it back the manager in the picture told me that as long as it wasn’t beaten down, I could return the item I bought the item, brought my receipt back and he said that I cannot return the item because it’s messed up and both of them were upset about the review that I told them over the phone to where they began to retaliate not to sell me anything or refund me for anything. Ended up calling the police on me and still had to give me my money. Don’t know what was going on… but like some racial stuff is going on. ✊?✊???

Our battery had died while shopping into a different store. So we took our battery across the street to Advance Auto. Within 35 minutes our battery was fully charged. Very friendly staff was eager to help meet our needs.

Ordered wipers online and went in to pick them up. Had the pleasure of meeting Dakota, an employee there who certainly is an asset to your business. He took the old wipers off and installed the new ones (it was misting rain and the old ones were really bad). He was knowledgeable and courteous. We are new to that area and certainly will be using this store for any auto needs. Its rare to find such customer service these days. Hope you appreciate him!

My check engine light randomly came on and Dakota saved the day! He knew exactly what was wrong with it (a cylinder misfire). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention he was just overall friendly and provided us with great customer service! Thankyou so much Dakota for helping me get my car back on the road safely.
