Workers were very rude to me and my mother and also were talking badly about us. Over all do not recommend this At&t location. It was a manager and a the most rude employee i’ve ever met.

AT&T store in the promenade is very slow. They don’t be doing anything. They’re making Customer wait for a long time. You really have to say something for them to take customers. I hate going into the store. Your customer service is poorly at the store, unprofessional no courtesy, not polite at all and not friendly😡😡😡😡

I had a really disappointing experience at this AT&T store. I purchased a pair of Beats headphones, and when I got home, I discovered they were broken. When I returned them, I was charged a restocking fee for a defective item—which makes no sense.
The staff was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to find a solution, all they did was blame AT&T’s policies. I was told to come back when the manager was on duty, so I made a second trip—only to be told again that nothing could be done and that the restocking fee couldn’t be waived. No apology, no accountability, just more excuses.
Not only was I sold a broken product, but I wasted time and gas making two trips, and still ended up being penalized. The manager and staff showed zero effort to actually help. I expected better from AT&T and will not be returning to this location.

We had several complex issues that we needed help with. Kimberly at the D’Iberville store was extremely helpful to us spending close to an hour, walking us through the various steps to take to resolve our issues. She was very patient, kind, and engaging!
