Very upset that I had to pay a $15 bridge pay out the blue. I have done bridge pay about two time and have never been charged for bridge pay. It doesn't make sense to make people pay extra for allow them to pay half or less then half of their bill then yal turn around and charge a extra $15. Obviously if someone is paying half because they can't afford to pay the whole $98 dollar bill, That means they don't have it like that. But will yal make people pay $113 in all just to do bridge pay. Yal charge for everything and it's just sad. As soon as I brag on yal, yal give me a reason to not brag. And if I have bragged to someone that is around me and see what I go through with yal they change their mind. No company I have ever been with has charged me to pay half of the bill. That's insane and just greedy. Its givinga broke company for sure. I am definitely side eyeing yal. I am about ready to go else now. Yale need to do better.

The guy Dennis that was working today was super friendly and was the only one working I felt really bad for him as he as put 80hrs alone this week and has had no help he was really sweet and understanding and was apologetic for something he had no control over he definitely deserves a huge raise !!

1) there are two numbers that shouldnt be added onto my account and 2) one of the previous employee that worked there has done something to my mom's sim card on her phone and thats unaccectable

very poor service, young lady who helped me or didn’t even attempt to help had a horrible service. Which sucks because i have been in before with no problems. Makes me want to switch providers

Switched to cricket wireless months back & was told my bill would be cheaper if we both changed to unlimited. Ended up paying $113 a month for 2 Lines. Finally made the time to go in the store & figure out why. Ms Summer was VERY HELPFUL & knowledgeable, fixed this problem immediately. Very appreciative of this lady, thanks again!

the staff is unprofessional, not willing to handle your phone issues, tell you it's not their problem, and tell you she can't help you unless you buy another phone. that is not customer service. that's piss poor customer service
