Poor Customer Service Experience
I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit to CVS due to a misunderstanding at the register with the cashier, TatYana. I was trying to take advantage of a sale (buy one, get one 50% off), but TatYana misunderstood my request and rang the items up incorrectly, separating them into two transactions. Because I couldn’t see the screen, I didn’t realize the mistake until she began ringing up the second item on a separate ticket.
When I asked for clarification, she insisted that I had instructed her to do it that way. I tried to explain the mistake, but she began talking over me. When I raised my voice to explain further, she accused me of being rude multiple times instead of acknowledging the confusion or offering an apology. This made an already frustrating situation worse and left me feeling dismissed and blamed.
Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I left the store feeling upset and disrespected. I hope CVS provides better customer service training in the future to ensure misunderstandings like this are dealt with more respectfully.

CVS has handled all my prescriptions for over 15 years. I am a RPhT and have had a great experience with almost all the staff. Leaving a voicemail has always been responded to promptly. Thank you for making it easy to move and keep my pharmacy.

The store is clean. The pharmacy is awful. The only pharmacy I've used where they text me different information than accurate info. They've stated in text messages that my insurance won't cover a 3 month renewing prescription until 4.5 months after the past refill. When calling the doctor AND insurance company, they both tell me the cvs is wrong. They texted me recently that a med would be filled on April 1st, after having printed out a statement that said it was fillable March 13th. These are meds I need to live a normal life and not wind up in the hospital. Being consistently wrong by weeks or even months at a time is pathetically inept.
Of the employees I've dealt with for the past year, I'd honestly say 2 of the 8 of them managed to help me and not get defensive over very clear mistakes on the pharmacy's end. Place is a joke.

Very rude always talks over you without letting you finish blames Dr office for meds not being ready even when you are on phone with Dr office when meds called in and wait 30-45 minutes to call CVS to check on a medication pick up time no accountability no customer service always trying to blame customers or Dr office
The pharmacy in Diberville needs 0 stars it seems as though the customers are always just bothering them

The drive thru pickup window took 30 minutes for ONE CAR. Update: I’m still in line it’s been an HOUR. No pharmacy should ever take an hour!

Pharmacy is extremely slow. I have all my medication at another and faster pharmacy except one that isn’t carried by the good pharmacy. I never look forward to picking that one prescription up from this pharmacy. Pitiful doesn’t come close to describing CVS.

Just sharing, CVS has an automated answering service, its NOT user friendly, I just need to talk to the pharmacy personnel to ask a question, and I couldn't get through. Very disappointing. : (

Ms. Lori consistently provides outstanding customer service, always being welcoming and very helpful. I don’t know how much CVS pays her, but it is not nearly enough for the positive and welcoming atmosphere she creates at that CVS store.

I try to avoid this pharmacy as much as possible, the only pharmacy on par with this CVS is Walgreens, and that isn’t a compliment.I can never get my medication filled here. Everytime i call I’m put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time (which I’m on hold right now wow!) only to be hung up on as soon as someone answers. I need to know if they carry my medication, the stuff that I need to live, but I can’t get anyone on the phone to help. Everytime I go in person I’m treated terribly when asking questions.Seriously avoid this place at all cost. The management is terrible, service is terrible and they probably won’t have your medication anyway so best not to waste your time & money.
