This is my favorite Dollar Tree to visit. It is clean, organized, and well stocked compared to other locations. Their craft section is especially great! The employees are also kind and helpful.

I went into the dollar tree in D’Iberville the one next to WinnDixie and I will not shop there again. I had a black girl with a long braid help me I believe her name was Chamett or something it started with a C she was very rude. I purchase several vases and she put them all in the bag together and they were clacking and I asked her can you individually wrap those she said dollar tree doesn’t provide anything to wrap these with I said well can you use bags to wrap them because they’re clacking, she said we can not use our bags to wrap no. . I said well you’re the only one that doesn’t individually wrap the glasses because I shop at Dollar tree all the time. She said if you’re not driving crazy, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about that was so rude. I said look I need you to wrap my glasses please. She put them all in the bag together put the bags on top of the bags on top of the bags and still did not individually wrap them. She went through all that trouble use all those bags and still did not individually wrap the glass this type of behavior should not be accepted people get so comfortable in their positions til being rude is acceptable they feel like companies need them and therefore customer service has went totally out the window. I believe this is poor management because she feel confident in being rude and in her mind, nothing was going to happen to her for saying whatever she wants to say to customers .

I hate that I didn’t catch her name, but I had the older lady with glasses and she was so beyond sweet! She was running the register while also stocking things in between and she was very quick and kind! It’s a dollar tree, so things are going to be a little out of order, but I had no problems with my shopping, and the cashier was quick and efficient!

There was 6 people with buggies full. I had 1 item as the lady at cashier if if they were going to open any other register. She said. The upsetting part was that I said. Ok I put my one item down. And the nerve she gonna say. Oh well.

If I could give this store no stars, I absolutely would. No compassion for customers at all and some employees really shouldn't be working there with their attitudes.

The manager and staff at the D'Iberville, MS Dollar Tree were very helpful and awesome to have had all of my balloons ready for me to pick-up on the way to my Friday night portion of my 45th high school class reunion this past weekend! Love this store!

The store was busy today. Messy but that store is usually in disarray. Apparently, there was a new or young manager in the middle of the store talking very loud and disrespectful to an employee. He has as instructing her on stocking the shelves. He then yelled at an employee who was at the front of the store. He yelled very loudly. He called her name and told her to come there to him right now. He used the tone a parent uses when they are talking to a disobedient child. It was very disrespectful to the employee and should not have happened out on the floor in earshot of customers. I asked another employee what his name was but she said she did not know. I asked her about the store number but she did not know. I did not appreciate his behavior. It was very disrespectful.
