Been here 8 years and have NEVER seen a short, double decker cart at the door. It's very disappointing. Produce is usually ripe and ready minus bananas and avocados which will be premature. Go to the neighborhood if you prefer Butter Lettuce. Meat selection is always on point. I like to grab the yellow tag (discount) Mahi or Salmon. Lately been very affordable Tomahawk ribeyes. 27-32 bucks and I can usually feed 3 ppl with one. Bathrooms usually pretty rough (men's). Wet floor at the urinal and don't expect paper towels. But the water is hot, soap available, and the blower works (wear your hearing protection). I do admire how there isn't typically a bunch of trash and misplaced items. They don't carry the good chorizo but the neighborhood Walmart in Biloxi always has a bunch. Also cheeses can be hit or miss so I usually go to Rouses for that and seasoning. But get your Dano's here, it's almost always in stock. Deli is pretty uniform. Recommend the Marketside smokehouse burnt ends dip if you haven't tried it. Don't expect to get a week out of bread (pretty standard for home-made bread anyways). Auto is faster and cheaper than anywhere around, just don't try to get anything crazy done. Think quick tire/lube. Most Walmarts won't touch your tires with aftermarket wheels or if they look "aftermarket"

Why do we have to be escorted my employees now for stupid things? Bought a hair clip for my daughter, had to be physically walked to the register and monitored as I scanned it. Let's ignore the fact it took 30 minutes just to get the item unlocked in the first place. Also had to buy a headlight for my car as one had burned out. Very rude employee angry that I asked for him to unlock the item and then he became even more agitated by me when he said he had to escort me to the check out after I told him I still needed to grab a couple things. I'm seriously done with this store and this company as a whole. The company is abusive to their employees and in turn their customers. I hope that the death of Walmart as a company happens while I am still alive so I can witness it. There are other options where you aren't treated like a criminal for spending your money.

Horrible auto service. The internet states they open at 7AM but I guess they do not start work until 9:30. It's now been three hours to get tires. I was the second vehicle here. What an incompetent staff. Since time is money, just go ahead and take you business somewhere else. The small price cut isn't worth the disrespect.

While visiting Walmart today people throughout the store were NOT social distancing would run over you to get what they wanted and totally disregarded you when you were standing there looking for what you needed to purchase. On top of that the self check out machine took $1 more than the amount my items cost. I am very aware that there is a pandemic going on but that is no excuse for the absolutely rude behavior of people. This occured throughout the store.

I often find myself needing just one thing when I travel and this trip was no exception. As much as I don't like shopping at Walmart, they have everything and the convenience of a one stop shop outweighs the pain of shopping at Walmart. So here we are. The three things I needed/wanted in the personal care and snacks area were actually in stock. Surprise number one. The store was busy in the late afternoon but they actually had enough registers open. Surprise number two. Let's quit while we're ahead. Today's shop was A-OK. I bought two TV's from them today! Walked over to ask for help unlocking them. 3 workers at counter standing around talking. I came up to counter and they just looked at me and kept the personal conversation going. I politely asked if someone could help me unlock a tv. No response just walked around the counter and followed me. My husband said aww your the young man who sold me my last tv. The kid just looked at him and kept going. Then we get to checkout and asked the self checkout lady for assistance as our light was blinking and she just sat there starring at us. We bought Kaymen Jack Margarita so it needed to be cleared. I said its because he's looks so young hoping it would engage her. Not a word. Punched her code in and walked away. It wasn't busy. Only 3 people checking out in self check out! Walmart needs to brush up on customer service! Kindness is free! It cost you nothing to be kind! My husband and I are both in hospitality/customer service industry! You are failing terribly! Fix it or we won't be shopping with you! No need to be RUDE!!! It's worth it to pay $20 more somewhere else to feel like my money matters. My business matters! I MATTER!

My husband and I order online weekly and sometimes twice a week. Today we did our pickup and got home, put it all away and realized we were missing ours frozen foods. Upon calling them I had to convince them that my frozen foods were missing and I was questioned "are you absolutely sure" over and over again, I think I would know if my frozen foods were there or not. Then they ask for my name and order number and said I could pick them up later....uh, no thank you, I'll be right there to get them now! Okay we will make sure they are ready. Went straight back and they were so unorganized that it took me over 30 minutes to get my missing frozen foods! They had four (4) associates assisting one (1) customer who apparently also had a messed up order with people waiting in line. They made me wait for over twenty (20) minutes just to get two (2) bags of chicken bites and three (3) containers of ice cream. I should've been priority since they caused me to make two trips for my grocery order. I would recommend they do better training and have their key Personel working during these busy peak hours.

My premium bank when I go to send money via western union for almost 2 years now. I've heard good things in regard as banking. Easy to get a checking and savings account, minimal fees and can't go wrong if there's a Woodforest in every Walmart. Easy!!

We stopped in to get some groceries and were able to find what we needed. The shelves were well stocked and the checkout process was easy. We were purchasing some electronics and the associate in the department was able to ring up all of our items together and with friendly service.

The store was a bit unorganized, but not very surprising because it is right of Interstate 10 and seems like they have LOTS of foot traffic. The bathrooms were a wreck, but staff was super friendly when I notified them. Cashier was also very helpful and friendly at checkout.

I live in a Pascagoula, but in all honesty, our Walmart makes me want to break out in hives from how anxious it makes me, so I always drive the twenty-something minutes here anytime I need something from our friends at the Walton Dynasty. Recently, my fiancé and I have been using the grocery pickup service about every two weeks for stock ups on the essentials, and I kind of love it. The service doesn't allow my easily distracted brain to impulse buy allllll of the things, and I can easily see which items are on sale, overall saving us tons of money. The employees who deliver the groceries to our car are always absolute sweethearts. We picked up an order this evening, and though they were slammed and running a little behind, kept coming back to apologize and reassure us that it was coming and would be out soon. We got home with our groceries and were thrilled with the selections. Great service!
