“I dropped my MacBook 2020 off for just a simple battery replacement. The part came in when they originally told me; however, the battery was faulty. Despite this they went ahead and got me a working battery. Took a little bit of time due to them having to ship the part but not their fault at all. Kept me updated and handled it very well and will be recommending them for any other laptop batteries!!”
