My husband is a loyal customer been coming here for 4years. He needed a new mod so talked with an employee who one could only assume is knowledgeable. He told the guy he vapes alot and needs something with a long battery life and he doesn't use the saltnic. He gets the mod it leaks everywhere and won't hold a charge we try to return. Get told we can only get 15% off a new mod, or exchange for another mod just like he was sold. Even tho they lady in diberville told us as long as it's within 20 days and you have original box you can return it. Since the boy we tried to return it to was being extremely unhelpful my husband waited for the girl we like and she told him the reason his mod is leaking is due to it being a saltnic only mod, which he wasn't told by the employee who sold it to him, and she further explained the mod he sold him was meant for someone who only takes a few hits not a heavy vaper ...despite telling said employee he was a heavy smoker. We bought the mod under the word of the employee who told my husband it fit his needs. The owner refuses to let us exchange it for store credit and pay the difference for a different mod even tho we are within the time limit and have the box. Absolutely ridiculous that we are out 50$ for a crap mod that doesn't fit the needs my husband specifically explained to the employee. Maybe train your employees better or show respect to your customers, definitely lost us. We will take our money elsewhere. We tried to give them a chance to correct the misunderstanding but apparently they rather be d*cks instead.
