“Came into the store with somewhat of a complex concern. Before trying the store a phone call was made to 611 to try and resolve the issue on my own. When the concern was not easily understood, a trip was made to the local store. Upon arrival, Mike professionally approached my wife and I and begin plugging away at the issue. Mike was able to identify a key problem and started troubleshooting the issue. After about 15 or so minutes, Mike had resolved the complex problem and restored service again. Will visit this store again with any other issues or phone upgrades.

At 8 PM, she had me and 2 other customers and handled all of our needs in a professional and timely manner, extremely polite and very helpful. “I didn't get the guys name, but he knew his stuff. He LISTENED and took the time to understand what the issue was, and I believe he did everything in his power to solve the problem.Had a problem with the Verizon family app. He ended up having to send us to the Diberville store because they should be able to go farther into our account then he could.(That was not a good experience, I don't know if I will go back to that store)He is now my go-to for everything Verizon!”
“Visit T-Mobile today to ask about restoring a deleted file on my message app to keep notes. I met Crystal Mathews (Retail Training Store Manager). She was very helpful and friendly. She listened to my needs. She was very knowledgeable about iPhone. I learned since I did not have my ICloud on, I couldn’t retrieve my deleted message contact. She with my permission turn on my ICloud and also added the Notes app to my phone.
