I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with the service we received in the appliance department on January19th. We came in because we desperately needed a new washing machine. The associate in appliances was initially very helpful and went to the back to check inventory on a machine we wanted to buy. My husband and I waited 45 minutes for the associate to return, only to have him walk past us with another associate. He looked right at us and continued to the front of the store. We left the store and bought the washer for a different Lowes location.

Only took 20 min max for them to prep 80 pavers on a pallet and get loaded smoothly to the back of my truck .

Looking at appliances. Only one guy working. He didn’t offer to help, he finally spoke to me when he basically ran into me. He never acknowledged me or said he would he could be with soon. Nothing. I hate to beg a business to make my money. I left.

I had an issue with the dryer not powering on when I moved into a new place. I went here to pick up a multimeter, and Stephen (Navy Veteran) saw me looking around. He caught up with me while I was picking out a multimeter and gave me some tips on its use and good places to test safely. In the end, I was able to find the issue (the socket was not wired correctly). Now my dryer works, and because he took the time to check on me as I made my purchase, I didn’t electrocute myself. Thanks Stephen!

It’s a good little spot to get a few bulky items and get your supplies if you’re in construction or you’re doing a project or you are getting appliances but be prepared to get ignored by personnel there as they act like you’re not even standing there because they WILL NOT assist you. I’m a veteran from the military and I didn’t serve this country to be treated (which no one else should) like a red-headed stepchild. Either hire more professional people that are happy to help or reevaluate you all training videos and programs or whatever the hire process is to have better customer service.

Ordered refrigerator online. First fridge had minor damage. Management replaced unit with another fridge. Installtion crew called us and let us know how far out they were. They picked up the damaged fridge and discovered that a new fridge was on the truck. They took the protective wrap so we could see what the condition of the fridge was. In order to get fridge into our house, the front door had to be removed. The installers did so quickly and were professional about the installation. Lowes really did did a good job in all areas concerned. The result, the result is a very satisfied customer. Well done Lowes!!

Lowes is fine. Big box, has lots of stuff. I ended up purchasing a similar item from Amazon bc it had more features, good reviews, and slightly less expensive even worh a 10% military discount.
