I'm incredibly happy with every experience I've had with this location. The staff is always friendly and well informed. Recently, I went in with an issue that was resolved swiftly. We were helped by Lydiana, and she really went above and beyond to help us.I throughly recommend this location for any banking needs.

I'm trying to pick up a check on a POD account. Had to wait an hour in the lobby, only to be told someone would call me. I called them, since they didn't call me. They told me I could pick up the check 2 says later. I go back to the branch 2 days later to pick up that check, and guess what? They've got me waiting in the lobby AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We came in to payoff a loan with a wire transfer. Maddie greeted us and was an absolute delight to work with. She was professional and efficient in every possible way. She answered all questions clearly and precisely, and made us comfortable with this substantial transaction. Thank you Maddie and Navy Federal for taking care of us so well. You deserve higher than five stars!!!

I have bank accounts in another credit union but Navy Federal is the best in terms of offerings for money , assisting me both in person and in on the phone. Keep it up!

They had an ATM that let you make deposits. Didn't even need to go inside. Always come here if need to make a deposit from playing at the casinos lol

Normally I have nothing bad to say but today I'm very disappointed in this branch specifically because the ATM would not allow deposits and I need to deposit money in my account. If you're not going to remain open so people can make deposits, you have to make your machine available to deposit money. You have now officially wasted my time, gas, and money. Be better

I really like this Navy Federal. I live in Gulfport but I drive all the way to D'Iberville to this one. The front desk lady Bethany is always polite and helpful when I need to check in. And the office workers in the back when I visit are very kind and take the time to actually solve whatever issue or help with what you are wanting to do.

when I went there at 1pm, she said It`s lunch break so I have to wait 30mins. I waited. And she came to me and said have to wait 30 more mins. So I left and came back in 20 mins which is 10 mins earlier she said. And she took my phone NB ,(she said will cal me when It`s finish but never calls me back.) And another person came to and let me know my wait time will delayed 30 more mins from that time. And I asked her another lady told me 30 mins was my waiting time and she talked about because I left. They`re not hold customers. And I asked her reason and she said because taking care of same customers nobody know it takes a longer or not. She said you have to wait until they`re finished and not sure it will delay or not after I wait that long. If person take care of same customers why she said It`s my fault to wait longer cause of I left. I never treated by NFCU even by alone. I went here yesterday with my husbund and alone today, not American. feels sooo unfair , spichless. And then I did in few mins at different location.

Great bank but extremely understaffed and there is no reason on why I should be in the bank for almost half an hour just to make a deposit..they’re telling people there’s an hour wait for everything else this is very poor customer service

I have visited this Bank many times and usually the staff are insanely helpful. It's clean and COVID precautions are in place. Now the reason for a low star value is that they are severely under staffed and all my interactions with an employee named Melissa have been terrible. For example I had brought in several forms of Valid ID (California temp drivers license, vehicle registration, and mail from my home address) and was willing to provide all my information to include my password phrase that they have you make and she denied me to make a new debit card. Now this is fine I understand she is not confident if all the security measures and proof that I am me is enough without a photo ID which I don’t have because my wallet was stolen (which I also explained to her). It was the Karen like attitude and evil glare she gave me like I was insane when I nicely asked her if this will suffice. Which if Navy Federal checks their cameras the footage will provide proof of the extremely rude attitude she gave me. I have been a member of Navy Federal for almost 15 years and this is the first time that I have ever been treated this way for no reason.

Just a small place in a strip mall behind Newk's Eatery. The superb customer service and friendly clientele will win you over. It is a great place of wonderful people who cherish your business. I'm happy to be a customer.

Love the location and employees. Would have given it 5 stars but now they are closed on Saturdays which is highly inconvenient.
