“I want to recognize Trinnity for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I came in expecting what I thought would be at least an hour wait, but Trinnity immediately stepped in and made the entire process smooth and efficient.

What impressed me most was her ability to assist multiple customers at once while still giving each person her full attention. She remained professional, patient, and diligent throughout the entire interaction. Despite being busy, she never seemed rushed and made sure every question was answered.

Employees like Trinnity are a huge asset to Office Depot. Her work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service did not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond. Thank you, Trinnity, for making my visit such a great experience!”

“Five stars all the way! The service and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to everyone I know. Kassie went above and beyond for us.”
