The staff is rude. The lock switches on the pump handle always locks thus always makes me pump more than desired and I can never get a receipt from the pump. I pay outside for a reason.

Why are Asians banned from this store? My boyfriend had a stomach ache and couldn't wait any longer. While going to the bathroom, the worker here knocked on the door and kicked me out and forced my boyfriend. I buy things so I can use the restroom.

So apparently the girl working the register at the D’Iberville location can not do math. Was needing 80 dollar from a hundred bill but she couldn’t give me a 20 dollar bill out of the register. She should be fired.

I have to share what happened to me about 7:30 this morning. I'm LIVID!!! It's deep. I walked into Shell to get gas. An older white woman and older white man are working. He's leaving and she's coming in. They felt it necessary to bash a coworker in front of me. Smh Here's where things really turn. The man asked the woman if she knew "this guy"as he pointed to something behind the counter. She said yes. He said something along the lines of we won't hire him again. The woman asked why, as I'm walking out the door the man says "WELL FIRST OFF HE HAS AUTISM ". As I was pumping my gas I had the overwhelming feeling of regret for not saying anything. So I decided to go back to confront him. Of course after I pointed my finger, called him an ignorant, uneducated, pos, as I'm fighting back tears, he backpedaled saying he didn't mean it like that. No that's EXACTLY what he meant. He just wasn't expecting a mother of a child with ADHD and Aspergers to be standing in front of him. To the young man that they were speaking about, I'm proud of you for having the courage to get out and get a job!! I hope you find something else where your coworkers will appreciate you for exactly who you are. For the African American man that worked last night, apparently you had made the comment to him that you felt like he disliked you because you are black. He claims it's because you are lazy, but I'm betting you are right!!
