I would highly recommend them. Their customer service was great and accurate. They’re not one of those places that tell you one price to get you in the door and then add on a whole bunch of extra stuff. I originally went to clarks auto repair for an estimate to fix my break pump and they
quoted me almost $3000. Taylor’s let me bring my own part which only cost $200 and they fixed my car for $190. I waited almost a month without getting my car fixed thinking I needed $3000 to fix a Kia. Taylor’s was a life saver.

Every time we need something small done, we take it here because my husband’s family has come here for years. Lately, it always ends up with us getting a call that “they need to replace everything, and it’s going to be $1,000, and we don’t have all the parts so we have to order it.” Thought we got good quality here, but maybe it’s time to look elsewhere. How does a broken door handle turn into $1100 worth of damage???

Love this place, they have practically rebuilt my Jeep. I’ve been going here for 7 years and have no plans on stopping. They let me bring in my own new parts which is important to me bc that lets me use the part brand I want. Their diagnosis fee is around 3X cheaper than most dealerships and after diagnosing if they can’t fix it then you don’t get charged. They don’t do appointments so it’s first come first serve, so I recommend getting there as soon as they open in the mornings.

Unreliable and Overpriced - Beware of Taylor's Automotive
My family has been loyal customers of Taylor's Automotive in D'Iberville, MS, for years. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share our story to warn others.
Two weeks ago, my mother brought her 2007 Buick to Taylor's Automotive because it was having issues cranking. She asked them to thoroughly check the car and identify the problem. Initially, they called back and said it was cranking just fine, but after she insisted they check further, they claimed to have found the issue. They wrote her a ticket for a $600 tune-up (excluding the coil) and an evaporator gas cap, among other things.
I was shocked by the cost of the tune-up alone and called them to confirm if this would fix the problem. They assured me it would. However, just three days later, the car wouldn’t crank again. She took it back to them on Wednesday, and now they claim it’s the ignition switch wires, and they want to charge her over $400 more.
My mother, who is on a fixed income, already spent over $800 on a tune-up and repairs that were supposed to fix the problem. When I called to get some clarity, I was told that since the car was cranking at first, they didn't check further. But why did they say they found the issue and perform the tune-up if that wasn’t the real problem? Their response was vague, stating that they fixed what the codes indicated.
When I asked if they could offer a discount given the circumstances, I was told that they would "take care of her." As of today, the bill is still over $400. This experience has been frustrating and financially draining for my mother.
I strongly advise against taking your car to Taylor's Automotive. They seem to only fix what they think is the issue without thoroughly checking your vehicle. Then, when something goes wrong again, they just hit you with another hefty bill. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle somewhere else.
