It is not a good start when the lady who picks up the phone don't want to hear what the customers got to say and it's very rude. You might want to get a new person to answer your phone to understand automotive and understand that their customers aren't stupid. They will not be working on my vehicle just because of a 2-minute phone call

This place is full of liars and lazy people, they tried to charge me $4,700 to replace a head gasket. I took my car to another mechanic nearby who only charged me $650 for the entire job. The truth, which is what they should’ve said to begin with, is that they didn’t want to do the work and thought just because I’m a younger adult that they think I don’t know anything and they can charge me whatever they want. This place is no good for the community, just like every shop that’s a corporation they lie and up charge for no reason at all. They are teaching new hires that it’s okay to deceive people who know nothing about their cars into paying way more than necessary for a simple job. If you want real service and real prices, this place should not be on your list.

I wouldn't recommend this business to my family and friends. They did not fixed my vehicle and still charged me.

We were travelling from Gulf Shores back to San Antonio. My alternator went out. Taylor's was recommended to me by a local dealership that could not help me unfortunately. The guys at Taylor's were great! Very polite and professional. Got me back on the road in 2 hours.Service: Auto maintenance

Trouble shoot my truck and found more stuff that needed repairs. They did a great job at a fair price. Going back whenever my truck needs TLC.

Took my car in due to it dying at random times. Was told it was multiple issues and they’d have to trouble shoot to find the issue but first needed to fix a certain part. Come to find out it was the two sensors (unrelated to the part they said to fix) that originally came up on the codes. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Dennis and Rich went beyond any expectations to fix my truck when it overheated while i was in Biloxi on a camping trip 4 hours away from home. They both came in on their day off and got me fixed up!! I can’t thank them both enough for doing this for me. These guys are the BEST! I will definitely be back to say hi to them and use them for any mechanic issues i have when I’m back in Biloxi. They are truly lifesavers!!!! Thanks again for everything.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Massive fraud. A) Charged me and my warranty company for work that simply was not done. The Lexus dealer in mobile says the motor is still pouring out oil even though they told me it was totally fixed by them and I even had it looked at a SECOND time by Taylor's automotive to make sure it wasn't leaking... awful. Also the Lexus dealer said a few other things regarding the invoice from Taylor's that I gave them and the mechanic said "something just isn't right"B) told me my battery was the original battery from 2008 on my Lexus... yet the battery was replaced at Treasure Coast Lexus roughly 6 months prior to. it was like PULLING TEETH to get the battery back and I only got it back by going to the shop in person (it was supposed to be in the trunk when I got the vehicle), and I found low and behold on the battery is says VERY CLEARLY 01/22 so it was a bald faced lie that it was the original battery in the car. It probably can be charged and is fine: perhaps I'll update later. I was told it was the original battery by my so called "friend" from high school; Justin Kline. C) oh.. also the battery was supposed to have this nice warranty that will pay for your car to be towed if it dies & etc.. well about that; this shop isn't even in network with the warranty company that they "sell". I call the company and go off on them after they deny my claims. The guy is extremely patient with me and he sites the website that shows the shops in network with them; Taylor's Automotive is not one of them, so even if I had it towed to another shop in network they still would've denied my claim because it wasn't installed at a shop in network with them. The guy said he's seen a pattern of mechanics/shops selling the battery with the "warranty" and not even being in network. Honestly whether this was intentional or not; know your product, know your network....I will never go to this shop again & am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If Justin was just more honest I would call him first but no....
