My fiance came in today just a few hrs ago and felt there store seems so vacant and girl working there NOT having a customer services base training. We are not going there anymore with the lack of customer service that they have here

The employees at this store have terrible attitudes. I walked in behind a line of people. I was told to forward my shipping label to their store so I stepped aside. I ended up being the last one in the store and overheard the employees talking negatively about a customer that just left.

The staff at this UPS store have a terrible attitude, as if we owe them money. This is not the kind of behavior you should see in a service-oriented business.

I use this UPS location often, because it is convenient for me. But if there was another location I could use, I would. The women that work in there are apathetic, at best. I went in last Friday, no one else in the store, and the lady that waited on me did not even acknowledge my presence. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. She did not look at me once. This is not the first time this has happened. They act like it is a bother to wait on customers. They need to learn how to appreciate their customers. Too bad because UPS as a company is the best. This store gives UPS a bad name.

I just left this store and i didn't have my box taped up and the sweet lady did it for me!!! I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but it is because when I've gone to the UPS store in OS they would never offer to do that... DIberville UPS gets all my business now!!!!! The store in OS should come take lessons from the ladies that work in DIberville....

Very rude. Had front and back pages to be scanned and emailed. When asked if fron and back pages were emailed the reply was no, before that the answer was I know how to do my job, then for the email part the email was incorrect. Despicable and disrespectful

Just googled their hours and was surprised by the low reviews, so I decided to leave a positive one. I use this location all the time for Amazon returns and have never had an issue in over 2 years. Always in and out super fast, never had any issues with the kiosk or other services. When I've interacted with staff, they've always been really nice. Overall my location of choice in Boloxi/D'Iberville for all things shipping.
