False Advertisement.I received multiple messages with an upgrade promotion. Saying trade your “working phone” in for an early upgrade. However, when I got in store it was changed to “like new” condition and they would not allow me to use the promo due to a scratch on the back of my phone without paying several hundreds.Very misleading and definitely not disclosed in the promo text.

They will do anything to scam you to trade your phone in. Won’t provide any details on the new “contract” you’re signing.

I just left this location and got a sales associate who had very poor customer service (very limited knowledge—didn’t care to obtain any other possible options for me as a customer looking to purchases items) and was extremely nonchalant. I am a new Verizon customer and one terrible experience after the other!

Saturday there was Super busy but quick and efficient when they got to me. Didn't have my phone case I was looking for which sucks because it's just barely over 1 year old. I got what I came in for other than that though.

I came in to get my new devices and there ended up being some communication about pick up. After them helping me figure out the issue they decided to go ahead and process my order ,coincidentally they walked past me to get it set up and didn’t seem to notice I was standing here. They openly complained about my order and having to get it ready right now. Keep in mind there is still 30 minutes until close and from the woman who helped me it only takes 5 minutes so she said she could do it now and then openly complained with another coworker who also complained about me. This was not behind closed doors this was with an open doorway. In a customer.

Had an issue with the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S20FE. They sorted it out and had me on my way very quickly. No wasted time, they knew exactly what to do.

The manager would not waive a $50 restocking fee after Verizon made a mistake and I had to cancel my service. I would not go to this store. ATT has better prices and service

I was having issues with my phone being locked. My pin wasn't working. I couldn't get it to factory reset. They told me up front that there was probably nothing they could do but upgrade me. I recently lost my job so I couldn't afford the taxes on an upgrade. They told me lots of people had issues with the last update doing this to their phones. They watched me try to reset my phone and then confirmed that they couldn't help me. They suggested I go home and plug my phone into my computer. I did but my PC wouldn't recognize the device.I ended up chatting someone in level 2 support that walked me through the reset process. My phone is fine now. Just a note that the stores are there to make money. They don't typically work in support so if you're like me, just use the chat option. But they do have really polite, knowledgeable sales people for when you're ready to upgrade.

Their so called system for payment has put me through hell. Ran credit card four times and their SYSTEM said each time it didn't go through. Left with no phone. Next day I have FOUR charges of over Five hundred dollars. Couldn't get it cleared by the office in promenade. Have to go back and show the charges and make out paperwork to get the charges cleared. Reminder, I never got a phone!!!

Was having trouble activating my new phone. Went to the store and was told they could not help me activate my phone without paying a $30 fee for assistance. Since when has this fee been around? I've always been helped for free with problems with any of their products. Not thrilled with these new ridiculous fees. Makes you feel that you have to "pay for customer service".

We were directed to go to this “corporate” location because the location in my town was going to charge $50 to transfer the stuff from my child’s old phone to their new phone. We were told that they were not charging for transfer of service at the corporate location. Well corporate office says they are charging $29 to do so. Drove 35 minutes to be greeted by a rude Verizon worker also. Maybe another day. Capitalist greed for you! Verizon is wondering why they are struggling against their competition.
