Exit to put gas and use restroom, says 24 hours and we're on a 12 hour trip only to be told by the girl inside eating behind the counter were closed all while watching 5 different cars come and go..wonder how there business is doing..so thanks.. awesome still need to pee and no place in sight..

It says they are open but there was a sign saying they are close at night till 2:45 am despite it saying 24/7.

Gas pumps always malfunctioning, front door locked during working hours, hopefully there will be new employees here soon because this place is crazy. Evidently, these people gave no oversight and are allowed to do anything they want. This is my last stop here. Never again.

Was passing through from out of town and there’s some kittens at this shell gas station in Durant MS. Anyone local to there and might be able to help? They were young and so scared. Would have come up to me if I had food they’re just skiddish. They were hiding under cars and I’m so afraid they’ll get hit 💔
I understand there’s adult cats that are outdoor cats but these are kittens and I just don’t wanna see them get hurt.

Talking on phone via ear buds during checkout. Minimal attention to customer service - i.e., little eye contact and no smile or friendliness. How can you wait on customers when you're focused on your own phone conversation. Makes a bad impression, and I wish for your sake you would do better.

Today I stopped by your store and received horrible service. I mean bad. Between 4:10pm to 4:24pm I asked the cashier for two fried pork chops. She rang up my product but gave me 4$ back for 2 pork chops, a can coke and tater babies. She gave me a pork chop the size of the bottom of a coke can. I said are you charging me full price for the small piece? She said yes. I said take that one off. She had to find out if she could without me touching your product. at that moment. She gave me a refund but was still short from the first ring up. She slapped five dollars on the counter and said I guess my register will be short. Well technology has came a long way. Just type in the amount and give me the change that the register states. She hot fighting mad. You guys steal. I should of called 911. Next time I'll file a suit just to place a suit on your DBA. What's funny is the lady behind me seen it and whispered. Shes the reason business fail due to financial problems after being sued. If you see a black female with a wig, apple watch and a gum ball wedding ring then go to the next cashier. I wonder how much money she has stolen?
