My husband and I were Driving back to Tx from NC after a week helping out. We were just too tired and needed just 4-5 hrs of sleep. The room is cheap and yet still overpriced. The bed springs hurt your legs when getting in bed. The comforter had stains badly on the under part which was white. I used my own blankets to cover the bed and cover up and my own pillows. The decor was unimportant but hideous. Us having our dog did not make the clerk happy and we were charged an extra $15 for her and told we could take her by the road to go potty. She never even barked one time. Fyi no cats allowed at all. We saw three cockroaches while there and told that the water is “always like that” even though it’s completely brown or rust color. I used bottled water to brush my teeth. Drains don’t drain fast and toilet must be held down to flush, carpets not really on the floor. A viagra was found on the floor. We stayed for 4 hrs after thinking about just sleeping in the car. Didn’t see much in the area but it felt sketch. There was food stuck to the remote and because we had a dog we only could stay in a smoking room. HOWEVER… the AC worked well. We shall never return.

No shampoo had to ask for soap the surroundings of the motel was very noisy

We were looking for a motel room with smoking tired from being on the road and I remembered this place it's right before crossing the Mississippi River bridge into Louisiana where we live with another 4-5 hour drive.. room is quaint and service was Great and friendly! Recommend to anyone who needs to get off the road for a overnight stay ?beds Real comfortable as well!

Very quiet and clean hotel. It's conveniently located right off of Highway 20. Comfortable bed, great value, and friendly owners. We would stay there again.

After staying in a Red Roof was worst place ever I thought I would try here. Boy was I happy. Clean room nice King sized bed. This was paradise.

The man that owns the place is very nice, the rooms are very well taken care of and beds very comfortable. Quiet, pizza right across the road, and a nice respite for a weary traveller.

I'm just saying...brown water??? From the tub, to the toilet and yes even the sink, this is how it looks from each. I went to the front desk to complain, but he was gone. Save your time, money, and forget about this place being somewhere you'd want to say

Don’t judge it by the outside! Comfy beds attentive staff, but cheap owner didn’t want to give us an extra blanket. I recommend if passing through.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels similar to this one. I will tell you this place is a dump! Bars on the windows of the office. The water coming out of the faucets is brown! Beds were comfortable but I would not recommend this place for anyone! Photo is of the shower after washing, slow drain. By the time I showered without washing hair the water was over my ankles and the water was brown.
