My Chihuahua is terrified of the vet so I hate to take her until I found flora animal hospital it almost an hour drive for me but the treatment that me and my dog receive is fantastic.

The secretary was extremely nice. The vet would not come from the back to talk to me about my dog lab values and help me figure out what’s needed. Instead, she made the secretary come back and forth to relay a message. I heard her answering my questions because she was literally in the next room having an off the wall conversation with her co workers. I have been going here for the last 6 years. I will not be returning. I paid them over $300 and the vet seemed unconcern about my dog lab values.

It means so much to be able to take your pet who you love so much to such a caring place that loves your pet just as much as you do. It's hard to leave your pet when they are so sick but with them in such a loving place with such caring people it makes it easier.

Everyone who works here is so cheerful n happy to see my pets and me. Seeing how they love my fur babies gives me great peace of mind. I don't mind driving the35 miles. Dr. McCary is very knowledgeable and has always taken great care of my babies. My dog never minds going!! THANK YOU FLORA ANIMAL HOSPITAL ❣️❤️

We take our 2 boxers there and when we walk through the door they know exactly what to do and where to go, and they are known as huk and doc not them dogs, kaley is the best and the ladies in the office knows my baby's, best vet care ever, wouldn't take my fur babies to anyone else

If you love your pet, Do Not Use Flora Animal Hospital. I took my cat there to be neutered and they didn't provide a litter box. When I picked him up, his comfort towel was soaked in his own urine. They had not check on him until I showed up. My mother's dog was there for a visit and they overcharged her. Be sure to check your receipts, as they are not an ethical establishment. They stuffed my bag with an item that my pet didn't need. I didn't notice until I was home and paid for it. They further sold us a collar that was guaranteed for life, but with no way of easily returning it. The front desk comes across as nice, but they are not ethical. Pay a few dollars more and drive a few miles to Madison, Yazoo or Canton, where you and your pet can receive quality and professional service from a more ethical establishment.
