The absolutely worst customer service imaginable. This guy lit into me because he had not received the several emails. It also stated on the estate sale app you had 10 days to pick up. I will not pay shipping for across town for a framed item that will cost a lot. I collect and sell and I know. After investigating tonight, the COA’s he has are not really. I’m out of town on vacation and he expects me to come between 10-2 on. Saturday. Buyer beware. Oh he had one email on estate sales and his website. He’s written from two different accounts that aren’t the account listed. When I got his email today about tomorrow pick up, I look at the print screen I took, he states 10 days. Nightmare and I had to deal with this on vacation!! He had a Michael Jordan auto that was as fake as a $3 bill. I’m glad I didn’t buy more. I sent to a friend tonight the item I bought and he works for JSA which is the premium in sports memorabilia. He said both my item and the Jordan were fake. Horrible experience and I’m sure this guy will continue to bother me. If he responds here or anyway at all, I will file a OP. I’ve been selling and buying memorabilia 30 years plus. Dont buy his signed stuff. Fair warning.
