If I could I would leave them no stars at all… This store is garbage and apparently Krystal’s only takes drive through orders bc they are understaffed, they are a truck stop for truckers if you can’t keep Krystal’s staffed then shut the whole thing down, these truckers have minimum decent places to eat while on the road… and the one time my husband ACTUALLY wanted Krystal’s they wouldn’t serve him… and def can’t go through the drive through with a big truck… and plus the lady was very rude had her back turned towards us the whole time and said yeah we are only taking drive through orders… if I’m not mistaken it’s been like that for years pretty much since covid appeared in the world!!! I say shut the whole place down and build better!!! Or get new management… The workers suck as well…

Totally different atmosphere from the Circle K across the street. Very well managed store.

The bathroom smells horrible. Had hold my shirt over my nose and it wasn't from a recent event. Old urine smells like used depends.

Stopped here on my way to florida. I live here so it's a normal stop for me. I have never had an incident here until tonight. At 8:30 pm l. Krystals was under staffed, and they had signs out saying that they were and that they were only serving truck drivers. So, I waited and waited and waited and waited. The manager wouldn't come to the register. The cook told her I was there. I heard the manager say IM NOT WORKING THE COUNTER ONLY DRIVE THRU. it took some strength to not say anything to her. She acted like a 4 year old child whining because other people didn't come to work. I get it do t get me wrong I've worked fas food and I sympathize with her, but she wasn't even smart or kind enough to string a sentence together, put a fake smile on her face and put my order in que. It literally only takes 1 minute. I felt embarrassed and angry. If she would have said hey we are a lil slow but I'll be there as soon as I can that would have made the visit pleasant. This is management? Swear to God if she is in there working I'm walking out because I'm not going to stop going there.

In this restroom there's a sensor to turn the light on, it is located near the entrance, not over the stall that I'm in. The light timed out, it's pitch black in here, and I cannot activate the light from this toilet. So I'm sitting here in the dark hoping someone else walks in so I can see to wipe.

I gave the person behind the counter a 100 to break bc u can’t put a 100 in the self check out well I got all 5 back and I put 30 in my gas and only got 2 5 left that don’t make since and they wouldn’t give me my other 60 I won’t be coming back here

Cashier didn’t greet me upon approaching counter, He appeared to be having a personal conversation on his cellphone through earpiece & never acknowledged my presence except selecting my cigarettes from display & ringing them up. I believe customer service skills training could possibly help.
