Fitness Plex is a highly recommended facility known for its friendly staff and excellent patient care. The staff are accommodating and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The owner, Derrick, is recognized as one of the best physical therapists, providing outstanding treatment. The gym offers plentiful parking, good equipment, and a well-designed layout. Many clients, including those requiring physical therapy, have been treated wonderfully over the years. The physical therapy department, especially Derek Puckett, is praised for its quality care. It's not the best, but it's got more of a homey / family feeling to it. I like it. I'm going to join this one. They're not a fancy gym, but they have the things that I want to do, especially a swimming pool.
