“Patrick and his folks are always the most professional and knowledgeable. Before going to any other hardware store, check this place out. They probably have or can quickly get exactly what you’re looking for.”
“All employees helpful and courteous, all of the employees will not passed by you without offering to help you or see if you need anything. Greatest customer service.”
“Nice friendly service. Was greeted when I walked in the door. I asked where the nails were and he took me right to them. I will go back for my around the house needs ?”
“I had Kabota boom cylinder rebuilt a couple weeks ago in August 2025 very reasonable price great work professional and friendly service!
I highly recommend these folks!!!”
“So this place is about a 1.5 hour drive for me one way. Ya'll already know we got screwed on our new home, and that some of our kitchen hardware was missing. I stopped here to see if they could exact match our oil rubbed bronze hardware so I could stop staring at that contractor's pencil "X" on that door in my kitchen. I was greeted at the front desk and after showing them a couple of pieces of our hardware that I had brought with, they were quickly able to exact match the items I needed. I looked around for a little bit in the showroom while I waited, and this shop also has various types of digital door locks if that is something you are in the market for. One thing to note, I wasn't able to locate any type of online ordering option. This store utilizes a purchase-order type payment system and the web page seemed a little out-dated without the option to order online, which would have saved me 3 hours of driving. I do like the town of Jackson though. This area seemed very clean & tidy with newer homes and shopping areas. At least now I know where the airport is too. Anyway, I also installed hardware to my laundry cabinet doors since they were missing the fingers grooves on the bottom. I used the top of my washer lid as my guideline and then measured one inch from the inner side of each door before drilling my holes. I think it came out pretty good! Thank you to this shop for including the screws. This was the one time I was happy to get screwed! Know what I mean, Vern?”

“I’m growing to be an Ace Hardware fan and this is one of many locations for my feeling this way. I went to a couple of the big box stores to get a key made. None of the “automatic” machines could make it. When I stopped by here, they were able to manually match and duplicate it. The staff is always super friendly and while they don’t always have everything the big box stores have, the staff has always been too notch.”
“I bought a Hustler zero turn at Frederick's today and dealt with Chris. He was very helpful and made the purchase go very smoothly. Everyone in the store seems nice and very knowledgeable on their products.”
“I have shop at this ACE hardware for over 20 years and I have always had great customer service. I am an owner of a small family owned lawn business and the service department has been outstanding. Kudos to Kevin, Thomas and Jim for taking care of me. Appreciate you gents and the entire Byram store family. Keep up the good work.

“Absolutely all the good news and all the positive reviews about Mrs Malia an expert, skilled, and trustworthy Forex/Binary broker is 100% factual and true as I invested part of my hard-earned salary of $1,000 where Kelly Traded on my account effectively to be able to earned a huge profit of $13,000 after just 7 days trade on her extremely profitable Forex/Binary company/platform. "Opportunities don't happen, you create them." Now I’m persuaded, convinced and totally believed on Forex/Binary Trades thanks to Raymond Malia. “We ordered a front door with a traditional storm door. When I went to pick it up, it was a door with a full glass storm door. Not what I ordered, so they swapped the stor. Doors and I left happy. Very nice and helpful people.”

“Trible's in Richland, MS is a great appliance parts store that has most items that you need in stock for pickup or need shipped to you. They have access to the inventories at the other Trible's store locations and regional warehouses for non-stock and special order items. Direct shipping is prompt and affordable. Merideth is a workhorse. She goes above and beyond every day to meet your appliance parts needs. If the parts you need are available, she will find them for you.”

“I’ve been shopping at Home Depot all my life as long as there’s been a Home Depot I’ve spent a lot of money repairing and remodeling my home doors screen doors, etc. there’s nothing like Home Depot!!”
“This place has everything you need, and more. Only possible issue is it's sometimes difficult to find someone to help when you need it. However, it's helpful to search for the item you want in their mobile app, and it tells you what aisle and bin the item is in. Very nice to have this store here in Brandon.”
“Not one time have I come to Lowe’s on Greenway and received bad service. Thank you Mrs. Tyran you really put a smile on my face. We have to be the change, we want to see. Thank you for such amazing hospitality and excellent customer service. Continue to be that shining light we need at the end of the tunnel. Lowe’s I will continue to support you when it comes to my home appliances. Great deals and great customer service, what more can a person ask for when the economy is in a challenging position.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Was picking up some items for my mother in law's house, and am not from the area so unfamiliar with the store. Staff pointed me directly to what I needed.”
