“Combined my son and I spent approximately $1400 at this Lowe’s for online orders to be delivered to a new home today.
The first delivery was for fencing and related items. The products AND delivery were top notch!
Second was a refrigerator delivery,
First was a pushed back time window to later in the day.
And then the driver arrives, first he went to the wrong house across the street!
Then he arrived and proclaimed too much water no deliver! My son needed the refrigerator, he talked the driver into letting g them pull out of the truck themselves!
He and my grandson then carried this new refrigerator into the house themselves with No Help! Additionally he driver tried to tell them they had a stove Not a refrigerator. Then upon leaving he drove off the edge of the driveway leaving ruts in the yard.
We still have to get a dishwasher and stove replacement, but this driver made sure we will get them someplace else!!
UPDATE I reached out to Lowe’s per their request.
They made this right!”
