Took my car in to get the body control module fixed. He had my car for 38 days and never was able to fix it. Had all 4 Tiger Paw tires on my car and when I got it back they had been switched out with lesser value tires and he claimed someone must have done it while it was sitting outside. Unfortunately, I didn’t have proof of my tires before so legally there was nothing I could do about it. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. If you come to this place, make sure you take a picture of everything on your car so they can’t steal from you and get away with it like they did me.Service: Electrical repair

I would recommend going to firestone in pearl don't waste your time coming here because my car still wasn't fixed.I can only assume there hourly rates are $180.00 a hour with a two hour minimum but definitely wasn't told that in the beginning only had to find out after they charged me for something the average joe could have done under 30 minutes. I was completely nice both time I went to speak to them about my car and only received rudeness in return. The reason i didn't fix the problem my self was I didn't and couldn't make the time to do it. The only advice I have for anyone that's considering using them is that if you don't mind being a little over charged for bs than this is the place to go. The picture shows who ever they got to towe my car charged $85.00, hall's on charged $65.00.Over all my bill was 599.04. AND MY CAR STILL ISN'T FIX.... Oh yea hall's did a great job. Ps most of his reviews are fake.

Super kind people. I was traveling through town with my sister and our two kids when my transmission went out. This mechanic and his wife the secretary when out of their way to help us when all the rental shops were closed and "out of cars" . They called a friend of a local car rental place and the two companies worked late and together to help me out. The secretary personally drove me to pick up the car and made sure I knew how to drive back to the shop to pick up my family. Honest people you can trust. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am was appreciative of them.

Love this place! Larry always helps me figure out the problem. I've never felt like he tried to get something by me like some other places out there. I love taking my car here. I moved away from Florence and when I came back to Florence, I took my car to Larry. Highly recommend.
