The online reservations, the move-in, and the staff help to get our storage needs met was a relatively seemless operation. Jessica was the most attentive and helpful person I've ever met of all the people I have integrated with that work for a storage unit facility. Any questions and things that needed to be addressed were seen about and were attended very quickly, all with a smile and customer-focused attention. The unit we chose was perfect for our needs. The unit is easily located within the property, ample enough parking and maneuvering room, and access in and out of the gate is superb. So happy to have found this place!

I failed to submit this yesterday, but wanted to be sure to say ‘THANK YOU SO MUCH’ to Jessica (& Tiffany ?)! After more than 4 years, I was finally able to “move-out” yesterday, & these two ladies were phenomenal in making this happen smoothly. Furthermore, not one time during the stay of my personal belongings, did I have any issues. I am forever grateful for Jessica, & Mini Mall Storage!

Tiffany (store manager) was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and great at her job. She got my husband and I in a unit within 5 minutes. The unit we are in is in great condition and very clean. Also, the price is unbeatable.

I had a job to do @ Mini Mall storage. I was totally left in the blind about the entire task. The facilities manager Karen Smith took out the time to personally walk the entire facility to make sure l was in the correct area, using the appropriate materials, & assisted me on opening jammed units. I will definitely NEVER forget it June 30 2023 Florence MS heat index 112, and she came from behind her air conditioned office to assist me in the blistering heat. AWESOME
