Never and I mean never leave your items at this place. It will likely get stolen and the owner will think refunding your money for a couple of months is good enough deal to replace a brand new camper and your personal items inside. Yeah for him since it’s the cheapest way out. He’s a shady business owner and his security is a joke. No one works at the office other than someone that lives on the coast 2.5 hours away that has no idea about the eatablishment. The gate which is “apparently” key pad accessible is always open to the public so whoever wants your items can take them whenever they want. His cameras are basically out of date, He won’t communicate with the local police, and he gets his secretary to “text” you back when you try to reach out to him. At first I thought hey, this guy is a decent business owner, but when the facility is liable he ghosts you. Just beware. Get your stuff out now, If you are renting from sims storage.
