After retiring and selling my business I wanted to change my account from a business to a consumer acct. 2 stores, 2 online reps and 6 hrs later I was I couldn't because one of the phones came with my usual 3 yr contract renewal and I would have to pay $499 on what I otherwise paid nothing. I have had the same phone number with ATT since my bag phone in the 90's!

Walked in changed over my service provider and it took less than 30 minutes for 4 lines… I was with t-mobile and I was never there for less than an hour and a half. Great and exceptional service. Fast… and professional and friendly.

I went in today to permanently disconnect one of my 3 lines and was quickly turned away before I completely entered the building and told that I could only do that by calling customer service. After spending 30 minutes on hold with customer service I was told that all of their locations service the request I needed and was promptly helped. If you didn't want to work today you should have stayed home. Because you lost a customer at this location for something that could have been handled in 10 minutes. The only reason I went in was because it was only allowing me to temporarily and not permanently suspend the phone online. Poor customer service. ?

Milton, Leigh and Avery, are the people who all need a raise! Leigh, because not only was she patient, and friendly, but she worked it out with Avery to get my husband the phone that should have been ordered in the first place. Then when we returned to pick up the correct phone, Leigh and Avery were busy. We had spoken to Milton on a previous visit, friendly and personable. He not only helped us with the exchange/ return of wrong phone for correct phone. He also took the time to transfer apps, photos and the like. I forgot to give him the pass code to the account. He even called on Saturday morning to finish the return with the old phone, saving us quite a bit of money. He even apologized for calling so early, it wasnt that early, lol. He is the epitome of customer service. Please give Milton, Leigh, and Avery our sincere thanks, and appreciation, and a raise!

I absolutely love this location. I worked with Jamarez and he made the experience really easy for me. He explained everything and was very transparent about what was included in everything I was getting. I will only be going to this location from now on and if Jamarez is there I will be working with him!

Avery helped me get my child’s first ever phone to move past Apple setting screens on a new device activation. Literally worked his sweet magic and helped resolve our issue within 5 minutes. He was kind and communicated clearly (even told my baby happy birthday) .. att needs more ppl like Avery! Best experience we’ve ever had at ATT (and I’ve been a customer since 2006) xx

This AT&T store has come through for me twice now and this visit was no exception. My son's phone had the video screen flame-out of death happen as were shopping for Father's Day. I took him to this store, which was right in the middle of the shopping area. He was grinning ear-to-ear as our new Salesperson, a super nice young lady, hooked him up with an iPhone 15 (Pro-Max?), applied a screen protector, (with no bubbles! Yayee!), a protective case and insurance; all in about 15 minutes. Her service was excellent and she answered all the questions a 15-year-old could throw at her. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Great job!!!

I recently visited this location and although they were busy the people are nice and knowledgeable. I worked with Jamarez and he was very helpful I had a very pleasant experience.
