I’ve had service with most every company since the 90’s. I thought dropped calls were a thing of the past or in extremely remote areas. I have dropped calls DAILY with C-Spire in areas with good coverage. When I call my wife or she calls me, our phones don’t ring, goes straight to VM. It will show you had a missed call. In group text for work, the text doesn’t come in order they were sent, and often don’t get the very first one, which is the most important. This has been going on the entire first year, every day. Got 1yr left on this contract & we will not ever try this company again. This was their 2nd chance in 10yrs. It was almost this bad when they bought Cell South. My job is opening another branch in this state & we need a provider for 40 mobile techs. CSpire will not even be considered.

I went here to pay for my fathers cell phone bill, they were helpful the people that was working there was helpful because I use the automated machine to pay his bill, I was in and out in no time.

Terrible customer service. They know nothing of setting up a new phone service. The next day I had to visit a different store to fix ever problem with my account they created.

I visited this place to pay my cellphone bill. Some people will speak some just looks at you. If I didn't have the service there. I wouldn't go in there

They had a glitch and my phone was off for 2 and a half hours I didn’t want a discount I asked them just give me a extra day to pay my bill they said no cool I went to another company and got my id to port my number I got my of to transfer my number and when they found out I was leaving they put a hold on my phone number and it was there fault!

Make sure you get your quote in writing before you go. Jaylan Stephenson quoted me $450 off an iPhone 15 plus with a trade-in. I tried to contact Jaylan through two different methods after to confirm this price. When I returned to the store, I was told by another employee I would only be getting $100 off with my trade-in. At this point, Cspire employees are no better than car salesmen. It’s unfortunate that they employee business practices such as this.

THE MOMENT I walked in with my service animal I was approached by an employee telling me no dogs allowed. When I explained he was my service animal she asked for my medical paperwork. I was walking in to set up my business account with 8 different lines. Safe to say I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and telling ALL of my clients to never choose cspire.

Had a wonderful experience in the C Spire Flowood store today. Bryce was super helpful and patient. Very knowledgeable about devices and plans. Even found a way to save me money! Now THATS great customer service!
