Had a rep named Reebee install a screen protector without disclosing price ($50) for the new phone and a watch she stated was "free". It wasn't, and once I also found out how much she charged for activation cost of a WATCH without disclosure, that was enough and it became a hobby to fix her slimey sales approach. Thankfully, got ahold of the local management and corporate and fixed the issues without them charging a return fee as she was attempting to do. There's proper professional ways to handle situations (as the management and Grey at Flowood did) and then there's this rep who gives an entire brand a bad name.

I came in to this store with a very confusing issue regarding my account. Bryce hit it nonstop until it was figured out. Laporsha was so patient and sweet. All involved showed exceptional customer service skills and kindness!Thank you!Pamela Evans

Greatest experience I've ever had at CSPIRE HANDS DOWN, a young lady by the name Porsha..took care of me and my coworkers. CSPIRE in Flowood, you have a jewel. Great customer service Porsha...I am not a CSPIRE user but the company I work for is.?????

If there was a lower review there definitely be one, instead of having the correct knowledge of the Cspire brand. The manager Laporsha did not. Instead she mocked and ridiculed us for a return policy that stated it was 14 days to return. Today making the 9TH day. Very dissatisfied not only was she not helpful but she was definitely disrespectful and unprofessional. She laughed in our faces as if it was a joke. Going into this new year maybe she should recognize being in this position. Some people may not have took this as lightly as we did.

If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would . The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE, even coming from the “manager” LaPorsha. I was given the run around, she was very unhelpful, and RUDE. Even if she couldn’t help with my situation , I would’ve thought she could’ve directed me towards someone or somewhere that could .I just hope she knows that being rude and ugly towards customers, who have been with Cspire 20+ years is not a good representation of the company . Also, since you told my father, “reading is fundamental” I hope you read this with the same smile you tried to laugh in my mothers face with . Overall, don’t do business here go to the actual corporate store and do business . Not with the third party.

Just left this store in Flowood where I always received the Best service. Today not so. Went in, not a full store, no sign up sheet...so I asked Mark if I should sign in.He said No, we got you as you came in. You're next. We looked at covers for our Pad and phone, also new phones.We were never called Later saw a new customer being waited on, so went to Mark to see what happened. He continued talking with the other person and wouldn't make eye contact with me.He lost at least 3 sales and a 2 yr contract. Just by not being a professional. He is definitely not someone who should be a face of C-Spire.

Horrible Customer Service and I am looking to change my service due to my phone having glitches and the CSR (very rude lady) would NOT help me, DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY PHONE. I could've been offered a refurbished, Loaner or Upgrade. The Warranty Form give to me was useless due to CSR being lazy and rude, wouldn't help fill form out or mail it off for me. RUDE LAZY WORSE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!I AM DISABLED AND MUST HAVE A PHONE. THERE COULDVE BEEN SOME TYPE OF HELP OR SERVICE AND WAY BETTER AND NICER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My representative was absolutely amazing. Korsha was so helpful, courteous, professional and her overall knowledge is freaking awesome. She is so fantastic, I will not visit another Cspire store. I did not feel rushed, as I was when I went to the Byram store. I am still disappointed with my service at Byram. My new store is now Flowood. Go Korsha, you rock!!! Management she is a keeper for sure!!!Thanks, Britt!

They came through our neighborhood with trucks and equipment went thru my yard make gigantic Ruts and dig out the Burm that keeps water from flooding my yard then you try to stop them or tell them to fix it and they say they don’t speak English so I called to complain and they “made a ticket” I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this yard and they just destroyed it

I replaced the battery on my i-Phone 6-s about a year ago and it’s not holding a charge. I know I have an old phone but I’m happy with it and not had any problems until now. I went to the Flowood store today to have it checked. The guy tells me the battery’s 100% “functional” and I just need a new phone. When asked about deals/ discounts, he says they don’t offer non-profit discounts and deals/discounts are only for new customers. I have been with C-Spire since they were Cellular South. However, I am now seriously considering switching to AT & T. The way I’m seeing it, if they do nothing to keep their long-term customers happy, then they obviously don’t care. Don’t get me wrong, the guy was nice, pleasant. But apparently C-Spire needs to think of ways to keep long-term customers happy.

At first let me say as a new customer I was very displeased. I decided to leave straightalk after being with them for 15 yrs. I had purchased (2) $55.00 plans from Walmart because my service was ending a 2 days later. They both were added to my reserve on my straight talk app. Some how my cell number gotchanged 3 times in one day. I called them the next day an got my number back. Then it was changed again. I wasn't happy but I wasn't mad. Things happen, I get my # no big deal. Some how they burnt up my Sims as they said Then lost my next month reserve card. Anyway they didn't refund an I switched. Got a phone from CSpire. All was to b good. Got home Noone can call says not working number. After spending 2 hrs, it was posed b right. Had to come back next day. Spent 4 hrs an still no working phone. Being Saturday!! Did without all weekend...that's 4 days no phone service. Nephew in hospital, I had to come Tuesday, 4 hrs later. Same mess still no phone. Came back Wednesday same mess. Now I have Sims that one phone could call me an Noone else could. This is beyond frustrating an terrible buisness ti new switching customer. We were told to come back again. 2hrs got free phone up grade, an those 9 days credit. Phone was working. Both lines paid up. An that night. Both lines shut off an a 3.00 owe balance. Had to go back. An they had to take it off but still this is so messed up...
