“We were traveling to Biloxi from West Texas and a rock flew up and cracked our windshield. The first place we stopped at had sent everyone home, so we were referred to mid state glass. I called ahead, and their last appointment was at 4 pm. It’s 3:56. Panic. We speed over. They get us in anyway. Super fast. Great service. Saved our windshield from cracking all the way across. 10 for 10 would recommend.”

Mark made me feel he wanted me as a customer and I appreciated that. My windshield looks great . I asked about leaking and he says it's warranted and if I notice anything wrong bring it back. I would recommend.”

“I've had many vehicles tinted with this company. They offer lifetime warranty on their products. Very good prices compared to others in town. The earlier you arrive the quicker you leave. After a certain point throughout the day, they'll turn you away. I've never had a bad tint job here.”
“I highly recommend Safelite. I had a small chip in my windshield from a rock. I was able to get an appt timely through my insurance. The technician arrived on time and took precautions not to scratch up the hood of my car prior to starting work. It took about 20 minutes and he was done.
