“We were traveling to Biloxi from West Texas and a rock flew up and cracked our windshield. The first place we stopped at had sent everyone home, so we were referred to mid state glass. I called ahead, and their last appointment was at 4 pm. It’s 3:56. Panic. We speed over. They get us in anyway. Super fast. Great service. Saved our windshield from cracking all the way across. 10 for 10 would recommend.”
“Cant say enough about the service. From the initial call with Tyler who was super friendly and the tech Will who completed the service I am satisfied. Will went above and beyond with making me understand the need for my car to be calibrated also not only was he on time but and knowledgeable and helped me understand my car. I'll definitely be using and referring others to Metro Glass. Great service. Great work. Oh yeah job was done and issues fixed!”
“I call, the service guys came out and measured the shower, ordered the glass and within 2 weeks they called to install the glass shower. The installer worked all morning until they completed the job. Reliable!”
“My car repairs are completed in a timely fashion, and the customer service was outstanding. Every time I called, they were available to answer my questions and he noted it with insurance without having me get involved. Highly recommend.”

“Where another company seemed confused about cutting a tempered rectangle and never called me back, Glass Plus took care of it quickly and at a great price so I could repair my own shower door. I don’t usually leave reviews but they were that great to work with.”
“I've had many vehicles tinted with this company. They offer lifetime warranty on their products. Very good prices compared to others in town. The earlier you arrive the quicker you leave. After a certain point throughout the day, they'll turn you away. I've never had a bad tint job here.”
“I highly recommend Safelite. I had a small chip in my windshield from a rock. I was able to get an appt timely through my insurance. The technician arrived on time and took precautions not to scratch up the hood of my car prior to starting work. It took about 20 minutes and he was done. The technician was respectful of my home and very friendly. Thanks Andrew!”

“I just received my car back today, and I have nothing but good things to say about Lakeland Glass & Tint and their team.
They were quick, reasonably priced, and clearly know what they’re doing. Everyone I dealt with, from the install team to the staff up front, was helpful and easy to work with.
I had the windows tinted, full front PPF installed, and the entire car ceramic coated. They absolutely nailed it. I honestly cannot tell the difference between the panels with PPF and those without it, which says a lot about the quality of the installation.
I did notice one very small piece of debris under the PPF and a small scratch in the film in another spot. I documented both in our email thread, and based on my experience with them so far, I have no doubt their team will take care of it.
They also washed and detailed the car before pickup. Of course, a pop-up shower came through right before I arrived and got the car wet. While I was paying, they pulled it back in and cleaned it up again. They even offered me a complimentary detail whenever I want to bring it back and gave me samples of the XPEL cleaning products to use at home.
That kind of service goes a long way.
The car turned out better than I expected, and the entire team was great to deal with. Thank you, Lakeland Glass & Tint. I’ll definitely be bringing another vehicle to you in the future!
Update: the team was able to find a resolution to the two items I listed above. Truly a great team.
Thank you, Lakeland Glass and Tint!”
