I shopped at the Flowood store today I needed a new phone and I just want to say I received EXCELLENT service. The young lady that helped me named LORIEL was AWESOME, she answered all my questions and was very informative and patient with me. This will definitely be my go to Cricket store from now on...

Don’t do business with this store run by CBP Group LLC. Horrible experience getting upgraded phone. Managers and “higher ups” lied during my upgrade experience.

Favorite TOP TIER location’ would recommend ANY & EVERYONE to visit the Flowood location! Manager is WONDERFUL & knows her stuff! Store is super clean and they get you in and out for any services in less than 15/20mns! MUST GO TOO!
