Terrible customer service. While very sick, I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes with at least 5 other cars behind me.. and after pushing the call button several times and even honking my horn not one person had enough sense to either tell me it would be a moment or tell me the drive through was closed. There were several people who passed by the window and didn't acknowledge me--one person even stood in front of the window with her back turned and never once looked up. I ended up calling them and getting the automative service which told me my prescriptions were not ready so I left.. Then while looking on my app I notice my insurance was not up to date... By the time got through to them on the phone and got it corrected, they informed me I wouldn't be able to get my medicine anyways because they close in 3 minutes.. If they would have helped me in the first place it could been corrected an hour before hand and I would've been able to get my medicine well before they closed! I understand they get busy but they need to be trained on how to manage their customers better because this is unacceptable. This is not the first bad experience I have had with a CVS pharmacy.. seems like all the locations are horrible.
