We’ve been going to this particular CVS location and it’s always been good experiences!!! Very friendly staff helpful and professional. I am so pleased with the customer service through drive through and in store 👏🏻🙏🏻

CVS is primarily a pharmacy so why does the pharmacy part, not open for 2 hours after the rest of the building?

The pharmacy workers need to get their attitudes in check and CVS needs to better handle short staff. Absolutely horrible customer service, after have a surgery went to them to get my meds. The girl working today at 2/4/2025 employed for a pharmacy around 3:30 is absolute garbage. Do better

I have nothing but 5 stars to offer for a 5 star experience with Ms. Olivia in the Photo Department at the Flowood, MS CVS location. Olivia was very very professional as well as kind, and she went above and beyond to help me with my needs. While doing some late Christmas shopping and stressed about it, she was there to take the load off and make my experience a pleasant and easy one at CVS in Flowood. Olivia saved Christmas haha, give her a raise.

Debbie downers the cashier literally stood behind me not speaking just looking at me at check so obviously ? if u was that close u might as well checked me out then! On top of that it they didn't come to check out till like went to it the customer before me didn't have extra eyes on him but I'm on the phone checking out turn around and someone's staring at me didn't even speak so I took extra time and she literally went to the front door waiting on me to leave keep in mind she was stocking makeup when I came into the store

I stopped here on Friday, May 3 to pick up a small item. Of course it was locked in a security box that must be removed at check out. There was NO employee anywhere to be found to check me out and everything on the counter said to use the self-check out. Why are things locked in security boxes if they do not have anyone to remove the box????

Andrea, in the pharmacy, answered right away and helped me with my problem with my prescription. In my opinion, her customer service , pleasantness and knowledge went far above what 5 stars mean.
