Was stopped in store for having my coffee and manager yelled at me that no drinks are allowed in store. So I asked manager where was the sign that
Stated that policy. She replied there isn’t a song and I am telling you. She was very rude and disrespectful to me as I did not do anything wrong considering they sale cold drinks in store to have to drink. Just wondering if this is always your customer service. I will not be back in this store or any other dollar tree if this is how your management treats the customers.

Extremely rude workers! I have only been here a few times and its always the same. Older lady with short hair seemed to be the only one who knows how to speak. She was very friendly and helpful. Dandy (I assume based on my receipt) was rude and apparently doesn’t know how to speak.

The only reason I give this location any stars is because the one older lady that works there is very sweet. How ever the one person working there (I assume she’s the manager) is extremely rude. The one older lady is the only one I ever see working and she’s always doing it alone. The other women, however, doesn’t speak. She is standing there filling valentines balloons and tying them up. I asked if she could hand me one before she tied it up while it was in her hand. She rudely says “I’m not on the clock. Ask the cashier” who is running around collecting balloons so multiple other people and manning a register alone. Mind you this women who is “off the clock” is standing there blowing up balloons and tying them and all I asked was to hand me one before tying it up. I get being off the clock and not working, if that’s the case go home or at least don’t stand there working and when a customer just ask for you to hand them something (that you are actively holding) then rudely answer with “I’m off the clock” sure doesn’t look that way. Excuse me for asking. Not to mention one days I walked in and she was easing her voice to the other employees. She should not be working in customer service with an attitude like that.

Ummm probably would give 1 star if I would. This is by far the slowest and inconsiderate dollar store… 1 Register messed up and cashier never notified anyone to move to another one, just inconsiderate as I mentioned… very slow also !!!

This is a great Dollar Tree..it's a little larger than the other stores and has more items to choose from.

They have taken my card and so have many other dollar tree. Today they flat out refused to even swipe my card saying they don't take it. Manager everyone refusing my card. I left my stuff and went to dollar tree in Pearl and they had no problem with it. Very humiliating and embarrassing.

Customer service is INSANELY TERRIBLE. This older lady worker thought I was stealing something the entire time and followed me around the entire store. Then after I PAID she asked to search my pockets. INSANE. Racial profiling at its finest
