Seems like the this business has no idea of customer service. They didn’t have cars, but they had confirmed my rental car, so I showed up at the place to find out I wouldn’t get my rental car since they didn’t have any. No apologies, just a reckless attitude.

Horrible customer service. Tony the employee locked the doors at 5pm and said had to leave and wouldn't honor my reservation through hertz or provide any assistance. Worst rental experience ever! Lot was full of cars and the lady in front of me didn't even have a reservation yet got a car. Guess when 5pm comes you better leave and your reservation will not be honored. Called corporate to file formal complaint. They said vehicles were available at location to rent and were also available next morning at 8am. Guess they are too lazy to care.

Made reservation & upon arrival to location, CSR (Tony) advised me there was a glitch in computer system, but went above and beyond my expectations in getting the situation resolved & getting me on my way in my rental. I believe he advised that he was the assistant manager of the location, but with his experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, I believe he could be an amazing asset to Hertz Rental managing his own location & training his employees how true customer service should be utilized in order to ensure customers have an experience like mine. Inside of location was very clean & clutter free, there is not a public restroom. I recommend this location if you’re in area and in need of rental

This location/company needs to overhaul it's online presence. Their website allows reservations to be booked even when there are no available vehicles. I wasted $20 on uber rides to and from this location due to its disorganized inventory.

Just bad business.-Called morning of reservation to say they didn’t have any cars then added “sorry, about that.” And left me to figure it out.-unwelcoming-No restrooms on site-No welcome in word or attitude.Just bad business. Feel sad for this place.

Catastrophic, booked and PAYED for a rental for the entire weekend just for them in the last minute to call me and tell me that they have no rentals available even though we booked it 1 week before. When we asked how we can cancel the rental and get the money back, the person had no Idea. I will never ever even go near e Hertz location.

Don't ever use this worthless company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The manager is condescending and RUDE.Don't bother making a reservation for a vehicle because you cannot count on this company to honor the reservation. After checking for availability and making a reservation. I travel 50 miles to pick up my car upon arrival I was told they did not have any cars. They "sold out" 2 days ago. If this is the case why did they accept the reservation? The counter staff were playing on their phones, and the one guy, the manager that would talk to me was rude. Horrible business, they need to fire them all and get a new crew in there.

Save yourself a headache here and just go with a different company. We made a reservation online a week in advance. They call us the day before our trip to tell us they don't have a car available. The little solace they offered was "At least it wasn't on the day of your trip." Then the refund/cancellation process was a nightmare. The actual store location couldn't do it, so they gave a 1-800 number to call which was not in the US. I was transferred three times just to have someone give me the SAME number we dialed to call. On the next call, I asked for nearby locations with a car. At the nearby airport (6 miles away), they had the same size car available...but they wanted twice the price!! Told them no and had to call again because apparently the person I was talking with couldn't do a cancellation. Somehow, I managed to finally talk with a person and have them say it was cancelled with no fees.....so we'll see. Just don't go here. Don't do it.

The representative I dealt with upon return of my rental was extremely misogynistic and judgmental about the number of miles I put on the car (most people rent cars in order to keep excessive miles off their personal car). He also threatened to charge me a deep cleaning fee for only a couple of leaves that were in the back seat of the car; certainly nothing that would justify a deep cleaning. His exact words were, “Just be aware that next time you bring a car back like this, I might not be as nice.” Well guess what dude— there won’t be a next time.

DO NOT RENT from this location. As multiple other reviewers said they will not have a car when you arrive for pickup. They will call you just before pickup that no cars are available. Would rate a zero if that was an option.

How can these people book you online and not have cars? Hertz is supposed to be a huge company, but they cannot seem to ever update their website to reflect inventory. Travel plans be damned. Expect to receive a call from a guy who has no clue and no ability to help you even if you’re on your way to come get the car from another city! Horrible, ridiculous customer service that leaves you with no other options or support.

Called the local number and never got a person. Was directed to order online. Ordered vehicle, paid and got a confirmation number. About 30 seconds before they closed for the day, someone sends me a message: "Unfortunately we won't have the car that you leased from us tomorrow."Called customer service. 5 different people with 5 different excuses why the App that THEY MAKE YOU USE, shows available cars that they claim not to have.Was told by 2 people that a customer service rep would call me bavk within 30 minutes, and NONE did. We have used them before and had poor customer service. We won't use HERTZ ever again.Worst customer service in the industry.Update: went to local store in Flowood MS. There were 7 customers waiting inside for 20 minutes while the manager was out back on his phone. Told me that he couldn't help me at all and to call customer service. Theg also charged me $81.31 for some unknown reason.

Booked a car ahead of time only to be told the day of pickup that they cancelled it because they had no cars. Sad part was…there was a guy there with luggage. Stranded. He said he was supposed to drive back to FL and they told him that morning too. Stay away from this company.
